Find the right care information for your Prêt-à-Pot piece, check material and finish details, and learn what to include when asking the studio for help.
Match the advice to the piece
Use the care information supplied with your product and on its product page. Ceramic tableware, glassware, decorative vessels, candles and wooden saucers have different uses and care needs.
If dishwasher, microwave or oven suitability is not stated for your particular piece and finish, ask the studio before using it that way. Take special care to check instructions for metallic decoration and for any non-ceramic parts.
Keep product information with your order
Save the product name, selected finish and order reference. When you need advice, send these details and a clear photograph so that we can identify the piece rather than guess from a general description.
For a vase or planter, confirm water-holding and drainage details. For a stool, confirm the intended use and loading guidance. A shared ceramic material does not mean every form is suitable for the same use.
Check your delivery
Inspect your pieces and packaging when they arrive. If an item is damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact the studio promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and courier label.
Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Our published shipping and returns policy explains the process and the difference between handmade variations and an order problem.
