A few things to know.

Does the preview place my voucher order?

No. Choose a value and occasion, add your note, then email the request from the review step. The studio will confirm payment and delivery before issuing the voucher.

Can I write my own message for the recipient?

Yes. Add your message in the personal note step. If you leave it blank, the preview uses our suggested note.

Can I request a delivery date?

Add a preferred date with your note. The studio will confirm whether it can be arranged before you make plans around it.

How and where can the voucher be redeemed?

The studio will confirm where it can be used, its validity and any balance terms before you pay. For an existing voucher, contact enquiries@pret-a-pot.com.
