Products

Each Prêt-à-Pot piece is handmade. Small variations in glaze, colour, shape, texture, and finish are part of the character of handmade ceramics.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include tax where applicable. Online payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Delivery

Delivery is handled through the configured carrier partner for your destination. Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and packed parcel dimensions.

Returns & Damages

Because our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from what was ordered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Later claims will still be reviewed fairly. See our Refund Policy for the full details, including cancellations, delivery, and damage claims.

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment is completed. If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Creator Program Terms

The Creator Program rewards anyone who creates content about Prêt-à-Pot or featuring our products and gets the views. Content must be posted publicly on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, tag @pretapot, and clearly and genuinely relate to Prêt-à-Pot or our products. Staged or misleading content will be declined.

Rewards are based on the highest view threshold a single piece of content reaches, and are not stacked: 10,000+ views earns 50% off your order, and 20,000+ views earns your order free, capped at R 6 000,00. Orders above that value are free up to the cap, with the balance payable by you. Only one reward may be claimed per unique piece of content.

To claim, email the content link and a screenshot of the view count from the platform's own analytics to enquiries@pret-a-pot.com, or tag/DM us on Instagram, within 30 days of reaching the threshold. We manually review and confirm each submission before applying the reward as a discount on your next order. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not automatically applied at checkout. We reserve the right to decline submissions with inauthentic engagement (e.g. purchased views or followers) and to modify, pause or end the Creator Program at any time without notice.

By submitting content to the Creator Program, you grant Prêt-à-Pot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share and feature that content across our own marketing channels, with credit to you where possible.
